Kam Fung Court @ Ma On Shan (ENFOLDRCS0005)

Public housing estates with 500 sq sheet. This is the first time for the house owner to own his own flat. The existing floor and sturcture is good enough. No need firther renovation.

Renovation included

1. Painting － Ceiling, Wall, including 4 rooms, paint Sealer, Plaster and Sandpaper. And then Painting

2. Electricity － Relocate TV Plug, BB Plug, Electric Plug from the right of living room to left

Customer would like to relocate all wall plugs from the left of living room to right. We normally hide the line on floor. However, the existing floor in a very good condition, we will not renovate the floor. Therefore, we have to hide the line on wall and ceiling.

Kennedy Town (ENFOLDRCS0004)

A flat in Kennedy Town. Customer owned and lived there for over 10 years. There are many mold, cracks and flaking at Ceilings and walls. The toilet tank also cracked

Renovation included

1. Painting － All rooms, ceilings and walls, shovel the original bottom, paint with Sealer, Plaster and Sandpaper, and Painting

2. Demolition and Masonry - Remove all fuinture in a room and also the tank in washroom

3. Water Plumbing - Toilet platform Plumbing

Customer would like to renovate her flat after lived there for 10 years. But she has a budget concern. Customer would not move all her existing belongings in the flat. We don't have enough space to work on on site. We suggest the customer to deal with furniture company directly although the quality is not as good as work on site. We promise the customer to complete the whole job within 7-8 days so that customer no need to rent a monthly hotel room. Finally, we success to womplete in 7 days, and help customer to save at least HKD20,000

Siu Kwai Court @ Tuen Mun (ENFOLDRCS0009)

Customer lived there for over 20 years. The main renovation is a bedroom and also some minor stuffs inside the flat

Renovation included

1. Demolition and Masonry - Remove all stuffs in the bedroom

2. Electricity - Allocate all electric plugs in order to fit the new furniture

3. Painting - Shovel the original bottom, Paint with Sealer, Plaster and Sandpaper, and Painting

The sister of our customer will come back and live together. There are not enough space for us to work on furniture on site. We suggest customer to deal with furniture. Comple the whole project within 5 days

Residence Oasis @ Tseung Kwan O (ENFOLDRCS0001)

1. Painting - Plaster and Sandpaper, And Painting

Customer would like to change the color in order to match their new style and furniture.

Use the most simple design to work out the most stuffs

1. Design

2. Painting - Shovel the original bottom, Paint with Sealer, Plaster and Sandpaper, and Painting

3. Demolition and Masonry - Remove the whole washroom in the master room

4. Electricity - reformat all electric and water plumbing after remove the toilet

5. Wood and Furniture - New Floor

Customer don't want to have two washroom. And they like simple, they like fasion and get a lot of clothes. Remove the washroom in the master room, develop two big wardrobe. The whole flat mainly use Black, Grey and White. Use more Black Glass or Mirror. To be honest..... the whole project only cost less than HKD100,000

An old building in Tin Wan. Need some renovation at the roof

Renovation included

Demolition： Rooftop split-wire fence, clearing more than garbage
Masonry: make the surface flat, flat all cracks and holes
